We emailed you a little while ago to ask for your help resolving an
issue with your account. Being reminded once again about the same
issue indicates that our warnings have not been acted upon. We have
decided to temporarily keep the account active while we solve the
problem but as a last resort we may apply an account-restriction.
To avoid things ever getting any further, please check our Resolution
Center where the issue is explained and the necessary actions are
clearly outlined, you will be able to follow the on-screen steps to
see any outstanding actions required to avoid account restriction
which may limit or prevent you from using your account as expected.
If an issue hasn't been resolved within 7 days, you will receive a
last third reminder. If after another 7 days the issue is still unresolved,
the account will be permanently closed.
We may restrict accounts for various reasons, including misuse of our
policies, we treat policy violations and suspicious activities very
seriously in order to protect you and our network.
