Limited your Account because We detect some activity not right

We check account activity in the PayPal system regularly. Time checking account, we find that the activity you are breaking some agreement you have with us.
Therefore, we have limited your account and can no longer offer service to you. You can still log in to view transaction history, but you can not send or receive payment.

What is the problem?
We pay attention to one or more of the following problems:
  1. You provide the information that we believe is false information, incorrect, or misleading; or.
  2. You send and receive money that may be associated with fraudulent activities; or
  3. You have several accounts that contain a negative balance; or
  4. You violate the User Agreement, Commercial Entity Agreement (Commercial Agency Agreement), Appropriate Use Policy, or other agreements you have with PayPal.


How to remove your restriction.


You can resolve your restriction by following these simple steps:
  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Provide the information associated with your account.
  3. The sooner your provide the information we need, the sooner we can resolve the situation.
